𝗜𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀

• No inquiry form = No reply. Service rates will be provided once the inquiry form is filled out completely with all necessary instructions. See inquiry form on FB pinned post.
  
• Sample works for written outputs are not available.
  

𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Payment (full or half) is required before service. MOP = Gcash
  
• 50% of the total task cost is non-refundable.
  
• Once a slot is booked, the client should understand that the task may not start immediately. The task will be completed and submitted by the agreed deadline.
  

𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸

• If no time is agreed upon before securing the slot, the task will be sent on or before 11:59pm.
  
• For clients who paid in full: Updates will be provided on or before the submission date.
  
• For clients with remaining balance: An update will be sent when the task is ready for submission. You need to settle the remaining balance to receive the output.
  

𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Two free revisions are allowed within 12 hours of file submission. Additional revisions will incur a fee. Changes to instructions not stated before reservation will also incur a fee.
  
• For heavy tasks like Thesis/Research/Case Studies: Corrections, suggestions, and changes instructed by your professor do not qualify for free revisions. Free revisions are only for parts of the task that are completely wrong from the provided instruction.
  

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Cancellations are not allowed! A cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the original task amount.
  
• Fair compensation will be provided for unforeseen circumstances with the task/transaction.
  

𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀

• The right to decline a task for any reason is reserved.
  
• The transaction between the client and the commissioner must remain confidential at all times.
  
• Rude clients will not be tolerated.
